I been thinking if to buy more, knowing that they been beat-up recently and I am not
On a June, 2023 Investor Update deck which MPW made available online and here is the link they outline a few things that are causes of concern for investors like us.
Look at slide 8, where they specifically call out the false claim of “Tenants are in weak financial position and unable to continue paying rents” and they go to list a few facts around this topic which benefit MPW as not being accurate.
